Tournament Entry Rules and Refund Policy

Teams Entered:              – Teams already entered in Tournament, will be posted on

Full Payment Required: – Applications will not be accepted, nor will a spot be held without Full Payment!

Entry Deadlines:           – Two weeks prior to the start date of tournament or when full, which ever occurs first.

Schedules:                    – Schedules posted on our web site aprox one week prior to the event & emailed to Head Coach.

Format:                        – Game format as posted  –  Weather Permitting.

Refunds:                      – No refunds will be made to teams that withdraw less then 30 days prior to the tournament date.

Rain Outs:                    – In the event of a complete rain out [no games played] teams will receive a 80% refund of their entry fee, due to operating expenses.
